hmm does ghost in the shell count? cause it came before the series... the first movie was the coolest tho. motoko vs the tank was awesome.

besides that id have to say conqueror of shambala. i was freaking out over the ending of fma and the movie picked up the storyline so well. great animation too

FMA Conqueror of Shambala, it adds relevant stuff to the series, when most of the other anime movies are irrelevant, and most likely have no relation to the anime series

I try to watch anime movies but then Sumthing has to happen and i never finish it.
BUT my absolute favorite one would have to be
Bleach:The Diamond Dust Rebellion! i love that one b/c Toshiro's in it.

Then the other one i love too is FullMetal Alchemist: The Conqueror of Shamballa that movie was soo sad, but i loved it tho.
