yes, but not after a youi moment or some emo moment of sasuke saying something that means allot to Naruto than we will have a potter moment of the future where he names his son Kakashi Sasuke Uzimasomethingsomething...>.>

and has anyone notice that it seems most likely that the sasuke and naruto fight will be like the madora and first hokage fight? i mean it happened before when they fought in the same place, but maybe the series will end with them at that place having an epic battle?

they will fight near the end, but it will not be the end. Because Madara and some other villains have to be delt with if there is to be anything close to peace. I still believe Sasuke and Naruto will team up even for mere moments, and Sasuke might die or its even possible that after solving every thing Naruto might die enthrusing his will to sasuke and die or go wondering off like Jiraiya. ( but most likely sasuke will die or not will live )

he he, well for time being madara look like invincible.
but as some1 mentioned here, Itachi did say that Madara is just the shell of his former self, so no worrys on him being a god, XD

Well I wouldn't take Itachi's words too literally... remember, he wanted to taint Sasuke's perception of Madara as much as he possibly could, he never wanted them to meet.

By the way it was delivered though, it seemed more aimed towards Madara's reputation than his actual strength. Since on the previous page he states:

"Though he lost the battle for control, he remains alive and well, as do his eyes and their power."

It is only after Itachi was finished listing his failures throughout history, that he called him a "pathetic shell of his former self." Madara was once considered the greatest of all Uchiha, well-respected by the village and his clansmen, but once he left it was as if he was erased from history. If his powers were really weakened wouldn't you think Itachi would have taken him out already, and why would Itachi state the necessity to surpass him? There's just too much evidence disputing it, Madara's skills haven't been looking "pathetic" so far.

That is very true. But there is not much reason to give false info on madara to Sasuke, cause he should have predicted that sasuke might have to face madara once and if his amaterasu trigger failed then sasuke need to fight him at some day, and on that day what itachi told him should not b misguiding him ( underestimating a foe of that calliber means suiside )

that is a good point. Well Itachi was in a really bad health state so he couldnt really do his best in battles. But yes if Madara was weak he would have atleast tried. ( maybe Itachi did try to do something, which obviously did not worked so far ). It all comes down to the fact how Madara was able to live this long, considering the nature of that tech his powers can be well low or improved.

well till nagato died i thought it had every thing to do with rinnegun, now i am not sure how they gonna make the beast plan work.
