madara does seem sure of himself, being the god that he is
about itachi's parents, thats a little i dont know, like fugaku kinda knew some of rhe hell itachi will be living after, and most of it is theyre fault, he even said that he thinks differentially
and danzo, he was the one that initiated the whole thing, i cant say that is such a big surprise
and why did he trusted itachi and not shisui? maybe cause he could blackmail itachi with his little brother

sorry, did not seen your post, and this is what i what also tried to say, and like one of the reviews ive watched said itachi was not ready to do this, like how he was trembling and all, and sasuke was not ready to see it

I think for Danzo, its not that he didnt trust shisui as much as he trusted Itachi, its that Shisui had a power greater than Itachi and Danzo could not let that power slip out of his hands for any reason. Its possible that shisui would always serve danzo just as itachi did, but danzo couldnt take the chance of shisui's power falling into the wrong hands or be used against the village.

This chapter actually made me like danzo because he gave itachi a choice and he didnt seem nearly as evil or cold hearted as i thought he had been. It also seems that tobi is in fact an uchiha, but itachi never referred to him as madara...

really i think that he looked pretty cold hearted, besides the double agent was itachi
shisui must have know what was to happen, but i cant say for sure how much, obviously he knew about the treason, anyway i think is preatty sure now that tobi is not shisui
like you said the fact that tobi is an uchiha is pretty much confirmed at this point
and itachi never addressed to him as being madara

and one more thing, if danzo did not wanted to let shisui power being used against konoha, why did he not took both eyes, since we know that shisui could have used any of his eyes for his jutsu, proof the fact that iatchi's crow used it
plus danzo never could use the full power of shisui's eye, even with senju DNA

Im a bit confused on this part aswell. Why couldnt danzo use the genjutsu but itachi could? Could be a mistranslation but Shisui said he tried to use koto-amatsukami to stop the coup de-tat but danzo stole his eye. This would suggest that he needed both eyes in order to use it but we know thats not true since itachi used it with only one. Seems like this little piece of history needs a little more explaining but with itachi and danzo gone, I think we are stuck with our questions. Why did danzo take the eye to begin with?

is it normal for someone to take an uchiha eye that easily? shisui made it sound as if Danzou just came n took it as if it was frigging bread or something D:, well i guess it was to "protect the village" and they didnt show if itachi had a gf D: i wanted to know how a hawt uchiha female looked like, u know long dark hair, those sexy eyes ... hmmmmm.....

i was wondering that as well, the part with how did danzo took shisui's eye, plus shisui seemed very calm about the situation, like did he fought with danzo, in that case, i would expect for shisui to win,i know that danzo was not a pushover, but as far as we know shisui was pretty good
and shisui says that danzo stole his eye, so we cant say that he handed it to danzo just like that

good chapter ...except for the madara part
that stupid retard kabuto, making such a cheap jutsu to undo edo tensei :/
anyway shusui maybe did allow danzo to steal his eye like some said, to protect konoha or power, whatever ...but he was totally a sharingan thief just like tobi ...only reason i think was his failure with harishima's cells which holded him back not casting koto-amatsukami
