Interesting, so Oro was inside a curse seal all this time. Definitely ingenious the way he did that. It seems as though Oro's curse seal has no boundaries :P
First Madara and now Oro? things are really starting to heat up in the Naruto manga :D
Im surprised that Oro doesn't want to take this chance to crush the leaf but he said that it was a fight started by someone else and thats the reason his not taking the opportunity. I really doubt this, I believe that Oro doubts that he can defeat the leaf now that it has an alliance with the other 4 nations...

I wonder if sasuke plans to have oro edo tensei his parents. But I was expecting sasuke to release oro from the other dimension using susanoo.
It seems likely that Sasuke wants to talk to his parents and get their side of what really happened on that night. I'm not sure how Sasuke is gonna initially react to seeing his parents, he could be happy to see them or enraged at them for the hardships that they put Itachi through. He might not even see the real them, Oro might try to double cross Sasuke but lying is more Tobi's thing :P
Unlikely, if Oro had a secret hideout he wouldn't have any knowledge of the war that's going on. I believe what he said was true, he said he was observing Sasuke inside Anko's body which would also prove that he has knowledge of the war.

I really must say I disagree with Kishi doing this with Oro. I understand bringing him back but this caused so many plot holes....
Oro was inside the curse seal? does that mean all the seals have him in it? Then what the hell was the point of sealing him away?!
How was he revived with kabuto's skin?
I thought he got use of his arms back somehow....and he definitely has use of them now so.....
is kishi going to address Oro needing a new body every few days or has he forgotten about that too?
as far as the scroll goes, I doubt it has anything to do with sas-k's parents. THAT makes no sense. Besides suigetsu was under the impression that it could help them take over the world so it must be a summon of some sorts...but what does it summon?
