Yeah I am not exactly sure on that, the Naruto book I found has them all calculated like right after the Chunnin exam so that sort of sucks. >_>

There have only been two so far that I have been able to find. The first one was their powers before the Chunnin exam and the second book was shortly there after. >_> It still gives a good idea of the Jounin's powers though, although it has the Sannin none of their power charts are listed. >_>

Hmmm I thought Zaraki would be alot higher than Tosen and Komamura. Since he was able to take them both at the same time.
