Unfortunately I'm reading two. One for pleasure and one for school, although I love to read, the one for school can seriously make you daydream half way into reading a page, but will sometimes grab hold of you ''>.>
The only Thing is I have to wait to complete my school one before continuing the one I really really want to finish T^T
For school: Ghengis Khan and the Making of the Modern World.
For Pleasure: Rise of a Hero
You Did nothing to begin with, just like before.

Romeo Redeemed - The second part of Juliet Immortal, apparently this involves reincarnated souls of the timeless lovers, only in truth they're sworn enemies out to kill each other thanks to all the forces of the universe duping them. This had me very interested, specially Juliet Immortal because I was like oh cool, a nice twist to Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet and the book started off real nice, Juliet was so spunky but the whole thing fell apart entirely. The first book was okay and I really don't know why I picked up the second one, perhaps I wanted to read Romeo's ending too. It's slightly better than the first one but it's difficult to take it seriously because they are still in high school! :/

Brimstone - By Douglas Preston And Lincoln Childs.
This is part of an ongoing detective novel saga. Its really good though a tad fantastical as all cases involve some sort of extreme element. The Main Protagonist is set up very much like the FBI's answer to Sherlock Holmes, who goes to all these cases mainly out of curiosity because of the unique elements set to each case (And of course it is always up to him to solve it.)
That is the most basic overview i can give of the book series in general, and doesn't really do it justice, xD but it is very much worth reading if you just want to pass the time with a unique story line with memorable characters.
Trigun tribute.
My sig attempts.

Les Misérables by Victor Hugo.

The Black Opera by Mary Gentle. Came across an ARC, anyways it's fantasy, steam punk set in Naples, the 19th Century. In the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies where holy music has power. An Opera that can bring forth magic with it's sublime music and there's something about a secret society that serves the devil. Sounds pretty interesting.

The Zombie Survival Guide by Max Brooks. An utter classic with wit and tips that would actually be helpful if the dead ever rose.
Fail.
