I don't know if Summoning actually counts, because it seems any one can learn Summoning once they are powerful enough, or have the right things within them to do it.
Plus, I would think Jiraiya taught the 4th the Frog Summoning, so it might refer to techniques the 4th made himself. One being the Rasengan of course.
Perhaps Space and Time jutsu would be one of them since, in the manga Yammato Actually said " But All I saw was a yellow flash"
