I've heard Kannazuki no Mikko is yuri. I haven't watched it, though, so I have no idea if it's any good.

Mai Hime has some yuri, but it's really not the main focus of the show, and I think it's revealed pretty late in the series.

I've seen Kannazuki no Mikko. It wasn't too bad in my opinion. They have these two shrine maidens(I think, it's been a while) who are best friends but have to fight one another(plot sound similar to anyone). They also have some mecha in it. I remember feeling very sorry for the blond girl though and the singer(you'll know what I'm talking about if you watch it).

Sounds like the one shot manga i read by coincidence,it was over 320 pages i think
