Personally torrents are kind of nice, since they allow for batch downloading, I always found it kind of neat to be able to download an entire series from just a single file.

That happens sometimes, there are a couple of reasons for it One, you're being fire walled either isp, or your the computer, two you're looking for anime that isn't being seeded by a large number of people or by people with high speed internet. If the person you're getting the file piece from only has dial up your restricted by the bandwidth they have available to send the stuff to you with. Which can translate into taking a large amount of time. There are ways around that. First, try to pick files for that anime there are usually several that have a larger number of seeds two restrict the program to downloading the files by priority setting up the files to download a couple at a time on the highest priority section this will usually,usually speed things up you kind of have to get a feel for it check the pieces and the numbers see what's coming in more frequently and download those files first.on a higher priority then slowly move your way down or if you want you can reverse it, either way as long as you pioritize your downloads on the files especially in batch downloads since it obviously wouldn't matter for a single file, you should be able to increase your download speed.
