    Default Anime Hotzz Re-dux

    OK we are going to redo the Anime_Hottz RP but we will keep it to 6 people, but don't worry I can have other ideas so that there can be more than 1 going on. But one of these will be private for some people who are trying to learn how to rp.

    Rules for the roleplay will be added tomorrow when i have more time to talk Lj. Plus we will have new races and class descriptions.

    Races


    The Firenzi people are a race of people that have been around for centuries on Ishtar. They are were from the Isle of Fire which is about 2500 miles southeast of Ankara. The Firenzi are human in appearance but have a reddish hue to their eyes which gives them excellent eyesight at night. They range in height from 5'0 to 6'2 and are intelligent and very athletic, with a lifespan of 200 years. Because of this lifespan they have a very low reproductive rate.

    However the Firenzi people were for the most part wiped out when in Solar Year 28, the Isle of Fire erupted causing the great cataclysm fall out of Solar Year 28. The eruption destroyed the Isle of Fire except for a few hundred survivors, but its results can be seen throughout the world of Ishtar that brought changes to its many countries. Now in the Solar Year 159 there are only 4 remaining Firenzi. And they live in Ankara City.
    The 4 remaining Firenzi are 2 girls Aoi (Aoi)and her younger sister Koro (FF), and the last 2 males Ronan (chrisd69) and Lj's character.




    Ishtarian race: The Ishtarian race is human like. They skin tones vary in color as well as their hair and eyes. They range in height from 4'6 to 6'4 and weight varies from 75 pounds to 300 pounds.

    Phelans: Phelans come from the country Phel which is about 10K miles east of Ankara. Located on the continent of Togo. Togo is about 10k miles west of Ankara and the Phelans are tall in height ranging from 6'6 to 7'0 they are intelligent beings that are human in nature and primarily the only difference from them and Ishtarian is their height.

    Elves: Elves are the longest living species in the world, living to about 800 years. But because of their long life span they are also for the most part very arrogant. Their long lifespan also has an effect on their reproduction which is very slow. They are by far the most athletic and agile race though not as strong as humans or dwarves.
    Elves also do not have facial hair.

    Elves are very magical too in nature giving them the innate abilities to become sorcerers though for the most part they choose not too but because of their agility and athleticism they are good warriors and rangers and they excel with archery weapons. they can see in the low light spectrum at night and are immune to sleep and charm spells.

    Elves stand between 5'0 (1.5m) and 5'8(1.8m) and weigh between 95(43kg) to 135(61kg) pounds, there are 4 different races of Elves: Gold/High Elf, Moon/Common, Wild/Wood, and Drow/Dark.

    Gold/High Elves have a bronze skin tone with blonde or light brown hair. their eyes range in colors from green, to blue but with a gold tinge around the iris.

    Moon/Common have white skin with black hair and a bluish hue to it. eyes are normally blue or black in color.

    Wild/Wood have tan skin. their hair is very unkempt looking giving them a wild look and is blonde, brown or black in color and their eyes are either green or grey. Wild/Wood elves tend to be the shortest of the elven race

    Drow/Dark elves have black skin and white hair and for the most part their eyes have the normal colors though a few have other colors. Drow or Dark Elves are for the most part very evil in nature and live in a woman dominant society they also live underground and have the best night vision of all the elven races.

    Dwarves: Dwarves are short in height ranging from 4'2(1.2m) to 4'8(1.5) and have a stocky build. They live in the mountains and hills because they prefer to keep to themselves for the most part there a few that travel the open lands and some will come out of the mountains and hills and go to the city to trade their wares since they are exceptional craftsman in everything they do.. rarely though certain dwarven craftsman can forge an item that will have a magical aura about it.. but other than that Dwarves are very suspicious of magic except for the powers of clerics. Dwarves both men and women have facial hair though men more so than women and children around 9 will begin to grow their beards. Dwarves live to be about 500 to 600 years old. And are exceptional warriors. They tend to dislike elves but will cooperate with them.

    Dwarves are not very agile but what they lack in that they make up for in strength and guile.

    There are 2 types of dwarves: Mountain and Hill and there is really not much difference in appearance except that the hill dwarves tend to be slightly thinner in appearance. Dwarves skin tone is white, black or tan. hair color ranges from Red to Black and eye color from Blue to Black. they too can see in the low light spectrum.

    Half-Elves are the off-spring of human and elven relationship. Half Elves can reach a height of 6'0 (1.8m) and weigh about 115 to 175 pounds (52-79kg). they are about as agile as the Firenzi but not as athletic. How ever they do suffer from discrimination and are not fully accepted by either race.

    Half-Elves do have a tendency to be loners when they reach adult hood but do keep their ties to their family. Half-Elves have been know to live to about 175-250 years. Their hair and eye colors take on the traits of their parents or whoever genes were more dominant. Half-elves can also see in the low-light spectrum though their vision isn't as good as elves dwarves or some other races.

    Halflings: They are part of the wee-folk race that includes Kender and Warrows. Halflings tend to go around barefoot because of their hairy feet. thus giving them the nickname hairy-toes. They stand about 4' 6"(1.5m) in height and weigh about 75 to 90 pounds(34-40kg). they also love to eat but because of their extreme agility they rarely don't get that heavy. Though there are extreme cases of how lazy some of them can be.

    Because of their agility alot of halflings find their ways into the local thieves guild and tend to hide when major fights are going on. there have been some cases to where some halflings have been great warriors or mages. they also have the gift to sell things.

    Halflings hair and eye color are ordinary in colors of most humans and do not see in the low-light spectrum

    There are 3 more races coming i am just waiting for Lj to reply back with the metric height and then i will post them.

    Last 3 Races

    Kender: Kender are related to the halfling race but unlike the halflings they are somewhat taller.. reaching about 4' 8" (1.52m) they are also very agile like the halflings but don't have their appetite for food. Kenders are quite the curious lot as well and they know NO fear. But one must be very cautious around the kender because Kenders have a habit of borrowing things that don't belong to them, even if its locked away.

    Kenders also travel a lot and never really stick around for long in one place. They carry a staff called a Hoopak, which also acts as a sling. Kenders have normal hair and eye colors and they like the halflings can't see in the lowlight spectrum.

    Warrows: Warrows are akin to the halflings and kender but unlike their cousins they are fierce fighters with short swords and arrows. they average about 4'6"(1.4m) in height though some have been known to reach 5'0(1.6m) and are just as agile as their cousins

    Warrows are also different from halflings and kender as well as other races because of their eyes.. their eyes are jewel like in color and look like gems. Their eyes can see in 3 different spectrum's. normal, lowlight and infrared.

    Gnomes. Gnomes are cousins to dwarves though not as bulky and are more on the slender slide as well being shorter no taller than 4'2"(1.22m) the females do not have facial hair.

    Gnomes have a tendency to invent things and like their dwarven cousins they too live underground. but unlike their cousins they believe in magic.

    on a sad note about gnomes : gnomes are eccentric in nature and their inventions are normally steam powered and appear odd due to excessive amounts of wheels pulleys cogs and and additionally things that are not necessary and their operation is needlessly complicated.

    Invariably these inventions are death traps and it is a wonder that the Gnomic race has survived to this day in certain realms it is not uncommon for a Gnomes death cert to read

    About Ankara yes it has been changed from the original version to fit in the fantasy version:

    The island of Ankara is a large island about the size of Australia, located on the world of Ishtar. A planet similar to earth in its size and shape and Ankara is located in the middle of the ocean named Chelan.

    Ankara has a large populace of people of about 1 million. It has 6 large cities with the largest being the capitol called Ankara City. Ankara City has a population of around 10 thousand people. Though mostly Ankarans live there it is also host to several different races and cultures. The city is considered to be modern for the time and continues to keep pace with other large cities from around the world of Ishtar. Ankara City has a fully functional sewer system and fresh running water supply for baths and even showers. Many of the dining and drinking places also have a refrigeration system to keep food fresh and drinks cold. Ankara City is also a city that brings out the best and yet the worse of people. Dreams of love and fortune and fame can be made their overnight as well as the downfall of those who already have it. People from the outer towns as well as from other parts of the world come there to put their hope and faith in creating their dreams to be successful. The continent of Togo lies to the east of Ankara about 3 months sailing journey

    Classes, classes are what your character will be and yes you can dual class. We are currently working on levels for the classes. When the table is done for the levels it will be posted.

    Warrior class: primarily exactly what it says it is. Warriors have 2 sub groups called Knights and Rangers. warriors can be any alignment but a Knight must be Lawful. Knights are loyal characters and are very skilled fighters and have excellent qualities for mounted combat. Rangers are good characters, more like hunters and woodsmen who are expert trackers and have some rogue stealth skills as well.

    Rogue class: Rogues are primarily thieves and spies stealth is key for them. And the rogue class has 2 sub classes Bards and Assassins. Bards are your minstrels and magicians and storytellers all in one. Assassins are characters who are evil and prefer to kill anybody without having to face them.

    Magic Users: Magic Users are broken into Sorcerer class and Mage class... the difference between them is that sorcerers have an inate ability to wield magic while mage's must learn and read from books and scrolls to memorize the spells. (though you can choose this class, be advised until the list of spells and are available it would be better to wait)

    Clerics: Clerics are the healers and are similar to mages but get their spells through mediation to their god. they have a sub class that are druids, druids are nature worshippers and thus their spells reflect nature. Clerics/Druid spells are primarily used for defensive purposes and for healing. Clerics/Druids can turn undead but how many they turn or repell is based on their faith and level.

    List of spells for clerics this is based on what level of Cleric or Druid you are. Cure Light Wounds, Protection from Evil, Cure Medium Wounds, Call Lightning, Protection from Lightning, Protection from Magic and Heal. Those are just some of the spells i will get the rest later on.

    Clothing in this world is pretty much like what you see in most fantasy movie. This isn't a modern world like it was originally so there are no shorts and trench coats and tennis shows.. cotton, wool, silk, and leather are the main materials used for cloths

    Armor pretty much anybody can wear it except for the mage class.

    Shields are normally wood and come in a variety of sizes some shields do offer metal plating.

    Types of Armor - Leather by far the cheapest armor and offers the least amount of protection. It is primarily worn by the rogue class.

    Studded Leather is a bit heavier than leather and is covered in small circular studs and offers slightly better protection.

    Ring mail is leather armor with rings of metal covering the leather. It provides much better protection over studded leather and leather armor. But this armor is a bit bulkier and restricts movement.

    Scale mail is leather armor covered in metal plates that look like reptile scales. this armor is bulkier than ring mail.

    Chain mail is made of metal links woven together. it is somewhat heavier than scale mail but offers much better protection, you must wear a light shirt or some cotton padding to protect your skin. though it does cost more.

    Elven chainmail is a lighter version of standard chainmail and is by far more flexible than any other armor. however it is very expensive to purchase and not really sold in the markets where humans exist more.

    Half Plate is bulkier than chain mail and its a cheaper version of full plate. but its protection is 2nd only to what full plate has to over.

    Full Plate though bulky and very difficult to move in this armor provides the best protection from head to toe though its very expensive. mostly the knights where full plate.

    Magical Items are items that have been enchanted with magical properties these can be anything from Armor to a ring. HOWEVER if you wish to have magical items please INFORM ME and run it pass me first. if its not to god like then i will probably allow it but please clear it with me.

    I'm suggesting that we add, all kind of sticks to the weapon selection......short sticks, long ones (like in kung fu)

    something like this

    I know for a fact that it's painful when somebody beats you with it


    oh and I ddin't see naginatas in your weapon selection (you know those long spears they usually use in movies)
