One piece DUB versus SUB..??

Ive just started watching one piece Dubbed episodes..Ijust wanted to know the difference between the two..Are there any huge changes in terms of gore,violence and ecchi or should I stop watching the dub and shift over to Subbed episodes??? Guys please help!!!
And can someone please tell me some websites to download Dubbed and Subbed One piece Episodes PLEASE!!!!

sub
you can follow watch it faster then dub
and dub might have lost some translation to fit the mouth miming.
also the non dub voices feel more passion on the acting

not sure if the dub version have edited scene or censored, it shouldn't be much different if that what you care about.

sub there's many try google.

try Kateikyoushi hitman Reborn, but now the anime feel dragging because of reduce time of the actual anime to haru2 interview (they trying to widen gap with manga)

btw, One piece in dub if not mistaken, Sanji's smoke become lollipop, but I guess that's not important.

I've only seen some of the dubs so I can't really compare, but from what I saw the voice acting was pretty good.

In year 2004 I started one piece with dub version, and I totally hated it. It was so weird; one piece was the only anime at that time which I hated the most. Then my friends kept recommending me to watch one piece with subs, but I kept ignoring them cuz I was very shocked by op dubs. Whoever has said, “first impression is the last impression” he/she was totally right. Anyways, I was very definite about op but last year somehow I just tried one piece with subs and wow what an awesome series, I call myself an idiot for missing/ignoring such an awesome series for so long. I really recommend you to watch one piece with subs, trust me you will love it.
