Blame! would be a great choice.
There is practically no narration, and very little dialogue. The story is portrayed almost solely through the art. It is entirely up to you to perceive, ponder about and interpret the present and the past.
As you begin to get more familiar with the universe you might be able to start drawing your own conclusions as to what happened etc.
I've read 3 out of the 10 volumes so far and must say I'm loving it.

Zetman, Liar game, Bloody Monday, akumetsu are all intellectual and really good i suggest them if you want a manga that has some brains :P (btw, it is intellectual not intelectual :P no worries i can't spell either xD)
