How do you make GFX Sigs?

well basically,u need a aplication that allows you to work with images and general graphics,like Photoshop or PaintPro etc.
Thats the most vague answer i can give...as to the process of making a sig...well,the best way is to read Tutorials on how to make sigs (for begginers ofc).
