How is your day?

It's a wonderful day...it's sunny and i'm -finally- resting at my house with my mom. and IT'S SUNNY!!!!! (My city for months has been like a...dark clouded rainy mood)

It started off with me feeling crappy. Woke up late, because of it. Forgot entirely about my mom's doctor's appointment in the morning. So, I was running like mad trying to get her some breakfast, myself some, get dressed, etc. Someone had fallen asleep at the wheel and crashed into the clinic, so things were running about 45 minutes late when we got there. (They were scrambling to find stuff to make a temporary wall. And, fixing the door the entire time I waited.) When she finally was called back there, they took a long time with her. (She's a cancer patient, so sometimes it takes a while. But, it was longer than normal.) So, we finally came out at about 2pm or so. Still needed to have lunch. So, we ate at Red Robin. Yay! About the best part of the day. So, I guess, all in all, it was just weird.
