How to Enter : If u wish to enter a SotW, just go to the active SotW thread (i.e. [July] SotW #33) and read the info (theme,regulations) and post the sig in it.As to the main rules,they are in this thread,and we strongly recommend u read them.

This thread is for all SotW related discussion.

There will be 2 SotW per month,and this is how it will look.

....::::: Sig Of The Week Contest Rules :::::....



SotW #1

1. The contest will start on the 1rst of the month.
2. The sigs must be finished and posted by the 7th of the month.
3. The first round / the polls / voting will start on the 8th. (4 days of voting)
4. The second round / finals will start on the 12th. (4 days of voting)
5. The Themes for both SotW #1 and #2 will be announced together on the 1rst of the month .(But you can only post your sig for this sotw and not the next)
6. Phishing is not allowed (telling ppl to vote for your sig ,in any way!)
7. Breaking rules will equal a BAN! (no more warnings)
8. The first sig that reacher 12 votes will be automatically declared the winner,and the sig with the second most number of votes will be runner-up. (even if it is on the 1rst day of voting)
9. The SotYC will be also be shorted by half (if we keep this system) - Still working on it.
10. Only users with the Chaos (30 posts minimum) and above rank are allowed to vote!!
11. Sigs must not be larger then 400px (in width) and 200px (in height) and a max of 400Kb!
12. No animation in the sigs,unless the theme requires or allows it

SotW #2

1. The contest will start on the 16th of the month,so you can sign up then.
2. The sigs must be finished by the 22nd of the month.
3. The first round / the polls / voting will start on the 22nd. (4 days of voting)
4. The second round / finals will start on the 26th. (4 days of voting)
5. The Themes for both SotW #1 and #2 will be announced together on the 1rst of the month.
6. 6- 12. Same as SotW #1

So when SotYC rolls around, only Asura's and Players sig will be used for the March section of the contest slot?

Ok I see, Well it sounds alrite so far....hey dont phook wit me either xD, does that mean im forth now or sumfin T_T, i'm might not be a regular at the moment but just wait my friends, I'll keep on fighting to the end...xD

Well as I said in the suggestion thread, this should be very interesting. Since the Feb. SOTM is over , lets see how the first SOTW turns out to be. ^^

hmm... there are some new rules , like

The first sig that reacher 10 votes will be automatically declared the winner,and the sig with the second most number of votes will be runner-up. (even if it is on the 1rst day of voting)

So basically we expect to have lesser voters , ^^"
tho I have to say in a close battle ( like 9-9 or 8-9 ) , this may not be such a good idea :P
then again I am sure you have a good reason, So I believe in you guys ;]
