WHO is the most annoying Naruto character and why?

Hinata comes to mind when considering the most annoying character in Naruto. She clearly lags behind members of her team that come from less renown clans - whom also have tragic pasts too. She has shown zero regrets when passing on missions or sustaining injuries that cause her to become useless in the preparation of the missions and fights of her team members. Unlike Hinata, Shino has actually aided people with zero expectation of returning a favour - such as sparing Sasuke from fighting Kankuro.

If i think for me in the whole series are only 3 ppl who are annoying for me.
The least is Lee... he IS annoying most of the time...
I don't know if Sakura or Kabuto is more bothersome
But well maybe Sakura will be the next, i think i don't need to explain why :D
And the mooost annoying one is Kabuto! He is just everywhere and doesn't even have charisma like Orochimaru, he is just a nuisanse(sorry i don't know how to spell this word). Whenever He is in the manga or anime i get really frustrated...



And anyways why is there Shikamaru ? He is one of my favourites though that doesn't really matter, but why would he be annoying ?
