    Anime Name: HunterXHunter
Genre: Action, Adventure, Fantasy, Drama, Comedy.
    Subbed/Dubbed: Subbed.
Review: Gon Freecs, a young boy that lives on a small island learns that his father who he doesn't remember is an extremely famous man and has become somewhat of an amazing hunter. Gon takes the hunter exam to seek out his amazing father, but on the way while teaming up with 3 other candidates, Kurapica, Leorio, and Killua, he learns that there is more to becoming a hunter and the challenges that he must face will be beyond his imaginations.
This anime is truly a classic amongst classics. I cant say much bout it without sounding hyperbolic. Its drama is immersing, its action is unparalleled, its plot twists are heart-pounding and it probably has the deepest charachter design in anime to date. Very few animes are able to focus on the main character without making the supporting characters look lame and powerless but HunterXHunter passes that with flying colors. As a matter of fact they managed to pull that off so well that viewers wont be able to realize which out of the 4 is the leading character and thus end up believing all 4 r the leading charachters. Some animes merely wear the adventure genre on a whim shen there is little adventure to be seen but HunterXHuner takes the viewer to countless interesting and varied places in a fantasy world. There are no fillers. Every episode takes the story to 5 times the distance Bleach takes in 2 episodes. Side characters play key role in main plot.
The anime isnt as popular as it should be but nevertheless its inspired Naruto in various ways. For example- Kurapicas eyes and Sasukes Sharingan, Genei Ryodan and Akatsuki, Shikamaru and Nobunaga, Chakra and Nen, Hunter Exam and Chuunin Exam, etc.

    Anime Name: Pretear
    Genre: Fantasy, Magical Girl
Subbed/Dubbed: Subbed... I only found one episode dubbed.
Review: The anime was good in general. My main issue was at the ending episodes. The ending should have been much longer because it basically came to a complete hault as if you were on a freeway.
Downloads: The hardest episode to get (for me) was the last (13th) episode.
Rating: I'd have to say 8/10 due to the ending episodes.

    Anime Name: Outlaw Star
    Genre: Sci-fi, action
Subbed/Dubbed: I watched it dubbed, but not subbed
Review: It was a decent series. I would definitely have to say that guys will probably LOVE it. It had a very good plot, and plenty of action. BUT there were just too many Sub-Plots involved. Sometimes it was hard to follow what was going on.

    Anime Name: Shakuguan No Shana

    Genre: Action, Fantasy, Romance

    Subbed/Dubbed: Subtitles

Review: Shakuguan No Shana, not the best anime out there, but surely isnt the worst. The characters were very well put together, made me feel asif i were there conversing with the characters myself, the music was great, fantastic even, and the visuals created an even better atmosphere of the whole anime aswell. The plot was great, and so were the concepts of Torches and Flame Haze and even the Tomogara's etc.. The only thing that was the big downfall of most anime, was the storyline's... Each time they started a new storyline, it would end without a resolution, but it wasnt bad if you look passed that to the whole story line once you finish it.

Downloads: My friend downloads all the anime and passes them on to me.. Im not sure where he gets them from.

Rating: I'll give it a rating of about 8.5/10

Anime Name: Strawberry 100% or Ichigo 100%

    Genre: Harem / Romance / Comedy/ Drama

    Subbed/Dubbed: Subtitles

Review: This 26 episode compact anime is an ideal choice for any Harem, Romance, and Comedy lovers out there. It's a typical school drama; but with alot of sub-stories and out-of-school adventures. The plot is an exhillerating ride with many twists and turns guarenteed to keep the viewer satisfied. Being originated from a Jump Manga (Most popular manga magazine in Japan), the quality is naturally guarenteed. One of the disadvanges though, is that not all the anime was aired; and the plot doesn't cover the entire story as written in the manga. So dedicated viewers may have to read the manga to conclude the story. All in all, i'd like to heavily recommend this anime to anyone, expecially you guys out there :D. Dont get too depressed when you find out how the story ends tho. (Because it's likely for the viewer to pick favourite characters and wish them to do well.) (Check my Random Pictures spoiler tag for an image of 4 of the main characters)

    Anime Name: SHONEN ONMYOJI

    Genre: Action, Fantasy, Romance

Subbed/Dubbed: Dubbed / may be subbed too.

Review: Set on surpassing his legendary grandfather as the best onmyouji (artist of magic and divination), Abe must unlock his sealed powers, fight demons and protect the princess of the Fujiwara Clan.

Adapted from a popular long running novel, Shonen Onmyouji explores the world of onmyoudou, the art of magic and divination used in the courts of ancient Japan; and onmyouji, the practitioners of these arts.

The story revolves around the life of Abe no Masahiro, cocky, clumsy grandson to the famed onmyouji of real Japanese legend, Abe no Seimei. While alternately being taught and taunted by his famous and powerful grandfather since young, Masahiroˇ¦s overwhelmingly strong sixth sense and spiritual sight were sealed for his own safety until the day he should be old enough to control them.

Masahiroˇ¦s adventure truly begins when he crosses paths with a spirit he calls Mokkun, and which looks like a cross between a cat, bunny and monkey. The spirit seems to know of him and his grandfather; and Masahiro later discovers that Mokkun, in his true form, becomes Guren, one of the 12 spirits or shikigami summoned to protect his grandfather.

With Mokkun as his guide and protector, and his grandfather his silent aide, Masahiro begins to unlock his hidden powers and abilities, following his destiny to become a powerful and respected onmyouji, far greater than his grandfather ever was.

    Anime Name: Bokusatsu Tenshi Dokuro-Chan
    Genre:
    Romance, Magic, Comedy
Subbed/Dubbed: English Subtitles (Watched a few different versions, a DVD was recently released in america with subtitles.)
Review: This is a short anime about an angel who comes down to distract a boy named Sakura Kusakabe from creating a machine that makes girls stop aging at 12. Dokuro is said angel who was sent to kill this boy however she believes that he can be spared. It is unfortunate that this anime has a short run of about 6 episodes if you combine the first and second season. Dokuro constantly kills Sakura in many comedic situations to soon then revive him by using her magical spell "Pi piru piru pipiru pi." This anime has a sick humor which I enjoyed, but I can't say all would. It has mild nudity, and a few sexual refrences(What doesn't?) in jokes. It uses interesting animation by combining all sorts of styles. Recommended for anyone who wants to get a sick laugh.

Review: After watching only a few episodes, I instantly fell in love with it. The plot is really good, and there's a lot of bishies! I really liked the way Edgar always has a reply to everything and one of the funniest scenes was this:
Lydia tries to see Edgar's tongue, because a criminal has a tattoo on his tongue, and she thinks it might be him. He is sleeping (or so it seems) so she tries to poke his mouth to see his tongue, and he wakes up (he wasn't really sleeping XD) and says something like "It would be my pleasure to accept your advances" and Lydia is just like "umm, no, tongue.." And he says "So you'd rather have a French kiss?"
LOL I really liked all the funny scenes in it!

Anime Name: Amaenaindayo (Ah My Buddha)
Genre: Comedy, Religious, Ecchi, Romance, Harem, Supern-natural
Subbed/Dubbed: I watched the subbed version, Im not sure if theres a dubbed version
Review: I love the crazy antics done in this series although I dont recommend it to kiddies as it is full of ecchi... Im sure almost every guys will love it xD. I believe that the story is pretty unique too.

    Plot:
The protagonist of the series is the lecherous Ikkou Satonaka, who transforms into a super-monk (being able to perform mass exorcisms) by his lust for the girls he lives with (Note: In the anime, he transforms from seeing a naked girl). He lives in the Saienji Temple as a Buddhist priest in training with six other nuns: Haruka Amanogawa, Sumi Ikuina, Hinata and Sakura Sugai, Chitose Nanbu and Yuuko Atouda. A side effect of Ikkou using his ultimate power is that immediately afterwards he turns into an even bigger pervert than he normally is. The subject matter of the series is Ikkou's self-destructive power and the powers of the other nuns and their training to control these powers, as well as their (mostly non-romantic) relationships

Anime Name: Tokyo Majin Gakuen Kenpucho
    Genre: Supernatural
    Subbed/Dubbed: Subbed
Review: Tokyo Majin is yet another episodic fight anime based on a video game, and the influence shows in the main characters: five people with radically different powers and attitudes, but without much other characterization. And yet the series isn't particularly gamelike. It's got a little monster-of-the-week action, but episodes tend to end, not with the defeat of the monster or with a cliffhanger, but just whenever they run out of time, regardless of whether there are issues left to address or conversations left to finish. It feels a bit like a movie that's been arbitrarily chopped into half-hour segments. I recommend you to watch it if you like zombies and fighting!
