Is it Ranobe no Hen? I looked up simple scans and I think it's this scanlation.

I apologize if this scanlation has already been shown, but I didn't want to look through all the previous pages.
The author should be easy to recognize for this one. His style is pretty old school. His manga are pretty similar so my hint is: It starts with an H.
