    What is the best anime ending? it also includes season finales and cliffhangers if u like them

    I liked the end of Death Note. The hero(is Light a hero?) dies and was killed by his own temperary 'comrade' (Ryuk)

    Hmm ... can't really say one that's trully memorable.
    But there're plenty of very satisfying ones. Death Note is surely among them, and FMA, too.

    Not many have ever struck me as spectacular a lot of animes leave themselves open for sequels or just have rushed anti climaxes the best ending I have ever seen was death note's ending it tied everything together and was a suitably epic ending for such an epic series

    Same here, Deathnote by far had such a epic ending :D but there are probably some others that were also but not all animes hav great endings so cant really tell ....-.-

    i somehow can't agree with the ending from death note. yes it was special and so.... but after L died it wasn't the same anymore -.-
    but i really liked the endings of Chrno Crusade, Durarara!, Code Geass, Full Moon wo sagashite, Innocent Venus, Tokyo Magnitude 8.0
