About the complete manga...?

I just wanted to know why mangas with no chapters posted/uploaded are listed as complete.

maybe they are licensed or no one have upload them yet

if something is labeled as complete it means that we know about the manga and that we know the series has ended

it doesn't necessarily mean we have uploads for it
and as thunder said it might also have been licensed, meaning we aren't even allowed to upload it
and no, we will not remove these titles from the list, doing so will only give even more confusion to people who are wondering why it isn't on the list
