I had a problem the other day and it was handled very quickly and effectively, and I guess I was wrong you guys actually do care about the members and their problems, so for that you have my many thanks, and I plan on sticking with this forum for awhile.

the forum does care about its members and issues though at times, response may be delayed by timing differences, real life stuff and etc..
