and if not, Q1 next year

I'd wait patiently. After all the 'star turn' Rie Kugimya is a much in demand lady right now, as well as the studio always 'has a lot' on it's plate. I might suggest that you help yourself to the light novels and manga of the series that is available. This will help you get through the months of anticipation. Having said that; a Summer-Autumn timetable seems to be the most likely in any case.
