If you want to enter the contest:

2. Links to images that are sent later then the designated dead-line will not be accepted.

3. All images need to be resized to 900 pixels on the longer side (if the image is vertical, it's 900px vertically if it's horizontal it's 900px horizontal)

hmm tough choice between #1 and #3
first one is a great idea, nice background, and it's visible that person took thought what to photograph for this contest, excellent overall but #3 has a nicer execution and the idea is almost as good
think I'm going with #3

I really love #3, the idea is very nice and the pic is great in itself. The plant was probably as high as the others (omg, I think so), so it gives me the feeling that any person stands out in the middle of the crowd when it is seen from a person that knows him/her and his/her value :)

Hmm the first one was nice with the reflection and background, second well that orange star thingy does stand out, and three overall is nice and simple, and the last one well kinda scary o.O ...lol what to choose ^^

I like #4 I think it's interesting^^ and I like the bright splash of color

nice entries and all are in sync with the theme..
#1 is cute.. a nice collection of chibis :)
#2 simple and to the point
#3 is probably the most well executed with an interesting interpretation whereby an equal can stand out too when viewed from a different angle.. although my vote gone #4.. like the idea that it's an opportunistic shot and not self orchestrated
