Another Anime Identification

Over the past few days I have been searching with a passion to find a certain anime that I recall watching a few years back. From what I remember, the main character is a guy going to a college (school?) where he sleeps in a crap dorm (not that important). Anyway, he is a member of a local automotive/motorcycle repair club that trying to find ways to fund itself. Meanwhile, the other club members are pretty much d*cks to this guy and regulary make fun of him. Lastly, the guy may or may not have "hit" (car accident) a girl but that memory is vague. Please, help a fellow out!

From the auto club thing it definitely sounds like Ah! my goddess as wilsososo says and the huge ugly guys living in his dorms were his "Senpais" who would always use him. Dont remember nothing about the car accident though

If yes than hes from Ah! My Goddess, i reccomend watching it if you like romance anime.
