indeed amaimon is dead as we can see he was stabbed by rin
but this is shounen anime where anything can happen :p
tho i honestly don't like if amaimon being revived
also, i got a bad feeling after watching eps 17
shura warned yukio that a guy like him will easily fall to demons, that marks on his arm kinda proof it
yukio will be a difficult enemy for rin (other than satan of course), that's if yukio really fall into darkness O.o

Well, yeah this ep most likely a filler but i personally like it cuz it has 3 out 4 Ost that i like in the series.
Err, look like, no one want amaimon to be revive but actually he's not dead yet.that what i want to say too, and that hamster must be amaimon.but this is shounen anime where anything can happen
About Yukio, Do u think that mark on his shoulder with him from the beginning or its sth the gregori put on him when they order him to watch Rin(cuz that mark first appear in ep 17 after rin's showdown with amaimon)
