My Random drawings when i'm bored

Oh okay, that makes sense since I know that coloring would take extra time. Yes she does look pretty cool, almost like a samurai, but without the armor. Shading was never my thing either(since I didn't do it so well for my art project when I was in school), I think you have to have an eye for it, and understand how light and shadow contrast each other, yet still come together. Plus I remember learning that it also depends on the amount of pressure you apply to the shading of the pencil on the paper, but i'm sure with practice you'll get it.^^

yea, i got to know where the light is hitting the person also to know where my shading is going :P

Besides that, they have different pencils which are specifically made for different shades. I don't remember the names of the types, but I do remember that one can give you a lighter shade while the other gives you a darker one. ^^

@Ryoga oh is there? i rememeber my friend telling me about using a paper and rolling it up diagonal and using the end to shade
@kida-san i like the drawing ^^ i cant seem to do side faces like that :P
