girl finds shop with vampire

it starts out something like at the 23rd hour on the 23rd block...a buliding will appear if you enter he will make you beautiful/ he will grant your wish. Anybody know this? msg me please: note* I'm referring to a manga
In the manga this high school girl wants to be beautiful for this guy she likes (popular guy) and she overhears a convo. about a cafe that have to find and when you you do you will become beautiful or can wish to be beautiful(can't remember exactly). So she finds it and inside is a vampire and he tells her he can make her beautiful but he doesn't want her to be like the others... fast forward she is at their school dance in this horrible dress she made that was bad to begin with but gets messed up worse, she asks the guy that she likes if he will dance with her of course he says "No". The vampire is there and sees this then immediately makes her beautiful.

*Note: This manga was added in the last 4 to 5 months on Animea i read it in the new category*
