Anybody here watches Jdrama or Kdrama? :3

Who here watches Jdrama or Kdrama? =^.^=
For those who do, i think we should all pick one that we haven't watched before and then talk about it after we finish.
Or we can just make suggestions and talk about our favorite ones.
    Has anyone watched Full House?

    <3 kdrama :P

Incidentally, Full House was the first kdrama that I watched. Thought Rain was immature but having watched a few kdramas after that, I noticed that that seems to be a common trait in most kdrama. In my view, I find kdrama loves to exegerate - be it expression, social status etc. But that's what distinct it from the rest of the drama out there I guess. The strange thing is, things in kdrama moves at an amazingly slow pace. There is great screen time given to focus on expression. It doesn't have much scripts too. There was once where I missed an episode and in terms of the storyline, I noticed that I didn't miss much, unlike the case of HK drama. I sometimes think that a 24 episode could be condensed to half that amount of time and yet storyline uncompromised. Perhaps the audience are watching the stars as much as the story. It is usually littered with many pretty faces (male and female).

Generally I'm willing to watch anything of romance genre but not tear jerkers. Watched Stairways to heaven at the recommendations of my friends and gosh, it leaves me feeling cheated :(

I can't recall the titles of those that I've watched (would need to look at the DVD shelf). It includes he's beautiful, boys over flowers, coffee prince, princess prosecutor, ie-ji-mae, the time between dog and wolf (they are currently making a manhwa out of this), hello! my lady!, yuhee the witch, prince hours, spring waltz, the man of the vineyard, love truly, sassy girl chun-hyang, princess hours, my girl, only you, lovers in paris, lovers in prague, lovers, pasta

Don't really have a favourite but if I'm to pick one, maybe he's beautiful. I like the sound track :)

As for jdrama, I have not watched enough to be able to comment. So far I've only watched 2 adaptations of mangas i.e. hana yori dango and kimi wa petto

it was also the 1st kdrama i watched. i love it how Young-jae (Rain) calls Ji-eun a rice bowl. i also watched Autumn Tale and i regret watching it because i hate tragic endings. overall i hate tragedies so that's why i do not want to watch Stairway to heaven.
have you watched Secret Garden? im starting it soon, so if you haven't watched it yet, then we should watch it and then talk about it after. C:
there's also Dream high that i would like to watch. and hana yori dango. <- was it good? after i finish Hana kimi (manga) im going to watch the Tawainese drama of it. (totally off topic)
i ahven't got the chance to watch a lot but im for sure watching all the ones u listed over summer break. C:

Secret Garden is awesome! I love that show. Gil ram ssi and Hyun Bin are the perfect couple in that show. My first show was Coffee Prince, so I've been a drama fan for a couple of years now.
I'm really excited about the new show that have come out like City Hunter with the guy from Hana Yori Dango (k-version).

haha...yeah...i just watch city hunter and its good..For Hana Yori Dango, the chinese version "Meteor Garden" n the korean version "Boys over flower" are both good too... Have anyone watch Devil Beside You and Romantic Princess? Its one of the chinese drama...very hilarious... Recommended...

@akatsurugi. Yes, I've seen Devil Beside You. I don't watch a lot of chinese/taiwanese drama, but Devil Beside You was good. This led me to Rainie's other drama, Hi My Sweetheart. This drama was hilarious and so sweet. It got kind of too dramatic towards the end, but chinese/taiwanese dramas tend to be this way from what I've seen.
