It asks you questions so it makes sense but I still find it amazing somehow o_o Try it out if you can! Akinator Lite is free and gives you 10 character guesses a day and theres a paid version that gives you unlimited.

After playing around with it, I figured out how it works. Rather than having a preset database, it uses the answers the user comes up with to tag characters with certain attributes that are fulfilled when someone answers the questions. The database had no entry on Satsujinki from Melty Blood/Tsukihime...so when it eventually got it wrong, it had me create the entry for him and used my answers as his tags so when people sought him out, he would pop up. Sorta kills the magic of it but still pretty intriguing ;__; If you know who Satsujinki is try and get him to come up o.o it'll probably take more than 1 try for the genie.

Yeah i know that app. Its free for in iphone app store. but for android it does indeed cost money for the full version. pretty stupid but yeah whatever.

its awesome how it really works for almost all characters. i dont really get how they are doing it, but i guess its like you say. huge database that users fill with their answers.

you have any other nice apps? do you know about geo caching?? thats also nice.

hmm...other nice apps....for Music I use PowerAMP...for my front screen, I used Launcher Pro Plus with a HTC Sense UI that makes it look like the EVO's menu....I use Cyanogenmod 7 which is basically a badass version of Android 2.3....I'll charge my phone and see what apps I have laying around and post them later

yeah i use power amp too. its the best for plaing music!! i recently flashed my galaxy s with rooted gingerbread 2.3.4. works fine and uses less battery i think.

apps i use most are weather pro, best weather app in the market!! fast and always correct. further i use some of the standards like gmail and facebook. whats the advantage of the launcher pro? i read about it but i dindt understand. there already is a launcher installed, is there?

There is but launcher pro is much faster and more customizable o.o especially the plus version...I got my dock looking like an HTC Evo
