Nana to Kaoru
Anyone else notice that this Mangaka draws the same face for his lead female character in all of the manga he has out? I know he can do other female faces well but all of his "Heroines" tend to look alike. As I started with "Nana to Kaoru" I call this artwork a "Nana Face" but it could be a number of others equally well. Can anyone provide some insight here?
To be honest and this is personal opinion on my part. I think that the main female lead in most of Ryuta's work is based on his own personal ideal of what a woman should look like. Call it "artist's preference" if you will.
