Manga Character Claim Siggy Request

Hello o.o

I would like a siggy for my Claimed Manga Character Hanabi Ozora from Happy Hustle High, please :3

It's not a well-known manga, so there are only a few images I found and I chose this one:

I would like her full name and the Manga name on the sig. How you put the text to the sig is up to you (depends on what looks best in your eyes- as long as it is visible and clear)

For the actual siggy, I would like it to be bright in colour, maybe using pastels in pink and blue and green. I want her hair colour and eyes to be visible. You can wash them out, or change anything else, maybe make her skin tone white I don't mind. But as long as those two things are somewhat clear. Just so it looks like her since there are so many shoujo characters that have been drawn similarily o.e

Those are my only requirements :)
