Fillers? Which Episode to Avoid?

i just got bored of anime,

I dont understand people that dont like anime , isnt manga actually prolog to anime anyway ? Manga is cool i watch both manga and anime. It's true, Bleach have alot of fillers but they are not all bad

well there are several reasons for liking the manga but not the anime... in anime you may have everything colored, moving, voices and sounds... that's all good and such things but there are always things that lack in comparison with the manga too. especially for such long running series they have to put in stuff that isn't in the manga... have to make sequences longer, put in stupid jokes that get on your nerves after some time or even mess up the scenes which were awesome in the manga... then there are the fillers... the story might be interesting but you know when you start a filler that after the filler ends that no one will have injuries, died or whatever exactly because they were just a fill in to the actual story. and to put in enemies no one ever heard of who are incredibly strong but somehow the whole thing gets a turn around and after some months waiting for the real story, the main characters win. in the middle of fighting in the espada in mueco mundo for example.... there came a long long arc from aizen and how he did things... yeah interesting maybe but at that point probably no one wanted to see this filler arc but how the fights progress...
well it depends on the person and in general i don't skip filler arcs... be it naruto or bleach and i read both their manga too but in general the anime are not as good as the manga.
in my opinion it would have been better to not show any filler arcs but to put the anime on hold until the manga is far enough. that way it would have been better... as for the manga arc.. okay. there is nothing to say.. it's crap= the anime either makes a different arc for it or bleach will fall from it's already breaking podest.. actually it would have been better to put an end to the whole thing after the aizen arc...
oh i guess i kinda ehm... anyway it depends on the person but there are good reasons for someone to only read the manga and not watch the anime anymore... (of course there are some exceptions but in general it's that way)

as v all knw 6-7 weeks of manga gets converted 2 1 epsiode.sooner or later,anime catches up2 manga.now there r 2 options in front of d producers

1) stop airing d anime 4 after evry season is over for a particular time(lik english tv series do,in alternate 6 months,d seasons r aired.d shows r shown alternatively evry 6 months)

2)ask sum other writers 2 write fillers,& keep d show going,& make money.d producers dont care d rating of d anime,as long as they dnt lose d golden time & sumthin is shown
