artistic: first of all i think the text is a big no no, i for one do not like how it turned to be
plus i also think that the blending is not very good, does not have a good flow, it goes to fast from blur to clear, the render is very sharp but the bks is blurred, still i can not say it looks bad, it actually looks quite good, the things that are over the render "brushes??" good idea, but somehow they dont fit very good
i think you should look more into how to write on a sig, since the text can make it look better, but at the same time ruin it, and is this case i think it takes the overall quality of the sig
theme: Chido, dont know you very much, but the names kinda sounds like a chodori aka lighting, the animal, guess a dragon, a lightning dragon, i guess it gives well with you usernames, as for how you are dont know for sure

Akats :
artistic: this looks crazy... it looks different, but good, and the up side head... kill, plus liek the render nice ;)
i dont have much to say, it insired chaos, and the border is nice too, and it gies with the overall idea (i least the idea i think is) of the tag
theme: i can't say, but i think you wanted to cath randomness and chaos, so from this i say that you did a good job

Sadia
artistic: eye candy, this sig has it, from all the sigs in this heat, this one has the more eye candy, is cute, but at the same time, anyway ill leave that for teh theme, overall a good blending, text goes well with the tag, form my point there are no mistakes, not that they can actually be, but you know ;);)
border, not to noticeable, with i think is good
the source of light feels natural, overall a good sig
theme: you pin pined it, imo this is sadia-chan, a girl, who stand on her own fits and is the heroine of her life, confident and sparkling
plus this sig has a cocky feel as well, mice, very nice

Nifhl:
artistic: blue, this is blue "sais cap obvious", anyway this sig really is different, but looks good, cold and beautifully like the land of ice should
theme: so this is more of a straight forward approach, since it seems is the actual meaning of the username, so this is a win, caught the theme very good, simple and as i said straight forward

Wolfi: im not sure who this is
artistic: good eye candy, nice blending, overall good
the text is quite plain, but that in a what goes with the sig
theme: good, you wanted to catch you bored side, so i guess is good
btw: nice idea

Weave:
artistic: flawless, a good vector like sig, no effects, no distraction just the clear message
theme: another straight forward sig, taking the name literally, but i think this fits to the person as well

so i still do not know whom to vote, im still choosing between sadia, nifl and weave, since they have good sing, but also caught the theme very good

After a long time of looking among the sigs that caught my attention (Akats one, Wolfi's and Weave's), got to something like that:
Akats - so indecision is the "good" part. Great for you. But no.
Wolfi - good ideea, but not so good image. When I read the message I was remembering Lucchini (from Strike Witches) sleeping in the trees, scaffolds etc. Don't get me wrong, the image is in the theme you had chosen, just that is not that representative.
Weave - I'm not with the weaving, but the sig is very good. And you got my vote. Good luck!

This is one close battle. Voted for weaver because I liked it the best.

But that doesn't mean the others were any lacking. I think everyone did a great job! I'll be back to post my detailed critique later on.

@ guns - wow! thanks a lot. Though i have to say i wasn't trying to portray cocky there :P But yeah, fashion related stuff is usually snobby or cocky so i might be one too :P
