It's a pretty wicked game. You create a virus, bacteria, or parasite and then you unleash it on the world. You can give it all times of symptoms, from simple things like coughing, sneezing and nausea to intense stuff like necrosis and encephalitis. You can also make it resistant to elements like water and drugs. The overall goal is to kill the world population with your disease.

I think I'll try it sometime. Maybe by now I've learned what makes a virus deadly. But mostly on a cellular level, which the game undoubtedly doesn't address.
