Don't really think Lamies is a villain, but can't really say until its shown what he want to use that energy for.

The first villain that appeared in season 2 appeared in Shakugan no Shana PS2 game. So far, it hasn't appeared anywhere in the light novels (last one I read was 9th) yet.
