Tsunade: Hokage or Hoekage?

You all now that the only time Tsunade has fought was against Orochimaru with Jiraya. Then she became hokage and never fought again, She is fighting now in the manga and that jutsu she's using right now could have been very useful before. And she didn't even hook up with Jiriya!




So I want your opinion, when Tsunade was Hokage before Pain attacked, was she a Hokage or Hoekage?

well, I don't really get the difference between Hokage and Hoekage~ but eberyone said that she's a Hokage, so Tsunade is a Hokage I think...

Well... I think this is a really distasteful post, lol. Tsunade's not a 'hoe'kage in anyway. Sure she's a big breasted character, but she's got more in her brain than in her chest!

Her main focus is the protection of the village, which cannot be overlooked as a 'insignificant' thing. It's more of her Will than her Talent, that makes her a Hokage. Because of the storyline, there's not really anyone else than CAN be Hokage than her right now, because they're all needed for other points.

And to be honest, Naruto doesn't even focus on 'hooking up', so it's not even worth thinking about her hooking up with Jiraiya. There were more important things to worry about than that.

but um i believe that tsunade could have just started destroying the pain paths if she really wanted to but as a hokage should she decided to save many lives instead...i mean what is the point of fighting hard if people are still dying left and right...she had other soldiers to fight so healing was the right thing for her to do imo.

and about jiraiya and her...well...eh...i could not see it for some reason...

I agree. At the most crucial times, her most important role was to heal. Also, most of the Leaf would be dead already, without her precious slug saving everyone from harm. Plus, she always has a pretty good intuition of who to protect, and who not to listen to. Very important when being in a position of power.

I agree, she has a lot more to think about as a leader and as a healer than she would as a regular ninja like Naruto or someone.

Also, who would want to get with Jiriya, he's a perv. I feel like Tsunade would never go for someone like that, and that only adds to her not being a "hoe"kage.

i dont exactly see the "hoe" part in here, thing is when u become hokage u cant just run around and bash through everything, u got stuff to handle and 99% of ur time will be spent in the office, so its pretty normal she never fought again, because she didnt had time for it, beside "hoe" ? the closest person with her all the time is a FEMALE character ... and if ur calling Tsunade 'hoe'kage, what about Mizukage? she got hard on issues about not getting married ... and got almost the same .. aheam features as Tsunade

not exactly, since pain revived ALL them in the end, whether she healed them or not it didnt really matter

Well, she did love him though... just in a way of being the Sannin. Both of them still cared for Orochimaru, even though he's a disgusting slimeball. They just knew it had to happen. But even Jiraiya shows his care for Orochimaru through telling Naruto to face Sasuke's abandonment properly. But Tsunade obviously took Jiraiya's death hard, and she was probably as a woman, thinking what could have been.

And Shun, she made that decision as a Hokage, before anyone knew that Pain was going to revive people. So it DID in fact matter during the time of the battle.

In my opinion Tsunade is definitely the worst Hokage. You can't compare her to Hashirama who has the same level medical ninjutsu and is 10 times better than Tsunade in practically everything else (except for the super strength). I don't know much about Tobirama but as he is the brother of Hashirama then his probably better then Tsunade anyway. Hiruzen is one of my favorite Hokages, I think I posted a compelling post somewhere about why his awesome, anyway he is the only person who said that the Uchiha clan massacre was unnecessary and that there must have been another way to form peace with the clans, but I guess time hasn't on his side. Now Minato.... Are you serious?!?!? you don't even have to compare Minato with Tsunade. Last but not least, well nobody really cares about Danzo so screw him. ← Therefore Tsunade is the worst Hokage!
The only reason that she never fought after becoming Hokage is because the only reason that she would need to fight is if her village was under attack which it was with the Invasion of Pain arc. Anyway isn't t kind of weird to have her going out on random missions unless there of utmost importance?
Tsunade hooking up with Jiraiya would be weird because Tsunade was already with Dan and she doesn't seem to be the type of person to be unfaithful. Anyway I always thought of Jiraiya being in the friend zone up until he died and Tsunade starts grieving.
In Conclusion Tsunade is not a 'Hoekage' but she is definitely the worst Hokage (excluding Danzo). :$
