Rep power is essentially earned by doing good deeds around the community.
Its given to you by other members so its kinda like a reward system for being helpful , posting content, or just being nice.

Rep is pretty fun ^^
Some whine about it saying they don't have as much as others, but I think that greatly depends on how much someone participates on the forums, how good their post are, and time is another factor ^^

Yeah the Rep is pretty fun but I just learned that you can also get a bad reputation which does mean that you have to watch what you say most of the time lol xD
but still I find it very fun lol.
You get them by posting helpful things and helping the community and people give them to u :)
