I have not seen a thread about Justin before, so I decided to make a one.

Reason why am I making it is because I am interested what other members on Animea think about this singer.

So please be free to tell us your opinions about him, and tell us if you like/dislike him, and give us appropriate and reasonable comments :)

and has any of you ever went on his concert? or seen him in person?

and frankly I m not just interested if you listen him. so feel free to tell us what kind of music you all like and how you feel about music in general :)

I voted maybe, I mean I'm not really a big fan of his but then again I don't hate him. I consider his very unique as in it varies a bit occasionally but he is definitely recognizable. Plus he collaborates with Usher who I'm a big fan of. Now onto his songs, in his early career I didn't particularly like the songs that made him sky rocket such as Baby and One Time. I found those songs quite meaningless and degrading, however I did like his never say never featuring Jaden Smith. Also some of his latest songs are doing good as well.
I'm a fan of Hip Hop/ R&B/ Soul/ Rock (Linkin Park) so I doubt that you'll find any JB songs on my favorites playlist =P
So to put it all in perspective for you: I don't love JB and I don't hate him but I definitely love gay jokes about JB (:

I'm with Dei here. I can't hate the guy because I don't know him and that would be unfair. Plus, he hasn't really done anything to earn hate, and for those that don't like his music and hate him because of it, shouldn't hate him for not liking his music since that's not reason enough. I personally am not a fan of his music, but that's because I'm a fan of Rock and Metal and because it simply doesn't do it for me. While I'll listen to pretty much anything that's playing, I wouldn't choose to listen to his music because I don't like it that much, which is a fair judgement I think. So, if his song comes on the radio I won't flip out and have a spaz attack, but I won't go on youtube and look for his latest video or download his latest songs either. In conclusion, I don't like his music, I don't hate him or really care about his actions because I don't know him personally, but still like jokes about him :D Seriously though, everyone jokes about every celebrity so it's not uncommon.

But i just generally started to hate it ever since my little sisters last birthday. Let me ask you, do you know what it is like to sit in a car for 7 hours straight listening to Justin Beiber? You cannot understand the agony of this. Even worst i forgot to charge my ipod.

@Storm wow 7 hours O.o thats... a LOT. but still why not turn the radio off if it bugged you that much. Anyway I'd rather listen to JB (preferably LP) rather then sit in silence for 7 hours. still.... i haven't ever listened to 1 artist for 7 hours straight, i guess you'd start to develop a sort of hatred against the guy or sometimes it's the opposite and u sing it everywhere u go which is worse :O

I couldn't turn the radio off... We were riding to Disney world. She had the ipod plugged into the car, she had all his albums on repeat ;_;
I couldn't say anything to my parents because it was her birthday and all... This still haunts me in my nightmares..
