Can anybody find any recent interviews from Kubo?
FGT was a bunch of symbolism. It was good but I still dont understand why Ichigo was so much more powerful before he used the technique...

This last chapter was completely expected. Why is Kubo continuing this odd story, when we all know what's coming next!? A third grader would know what the plot line is going to be! I'll admit that my opinion is a bit one sided, but man.....why did it have to be so so....unimaginative. Yup I said it...the U word.

yep... that's right. at least he could have used less chapters to come to the point he is at now... i mean.... for: it's boring now that ichigo has no powers --> 2 chapters are more than enough... for lets do something new.... ah i mean... lets give him his powers back! he could have used the end of the 2nd or 3rd chapter already.... there are 7 boring chapters now with things that could have been explained in... at most 4...
but on the other hand... i am no mangaka and glad about that....
He is working on his 4th Bleach movie, so in some regards he is writing a good story. Bleach has become an iconic symbol of anime/manga....I don't think Kubo is going to quit any time soon. The only thing about his writing style that bugs me is that I can see where he's going most of the time...with Oda and Kishimoto...it's a little harder to see where their going ,but not impossible.

yeah i guess so ...well i wasn't much of a bleach manga fan anyways, but i used to read it alot but now after Aizen srsly i still just don't like any of this so far ...Kubo is an idiot and made bleach a total cliche of what it was in the first place like most say ...wish he could've been a little bit more creative like Kishi and Oda probably...but seems like his not telling us the whole purpose why he did it this way ...

I think taking into consideration that Kubo-like Oda and Kishimoto-uses assistant artists/writers is also a part of the reason he has written so many chapters. Perhaps he doesn't want them to lose their jobs...Perhaps he loves Bleach more than we do...Perhaps he doesn't want any of his assistant artists/writers to go solo and compete with him...? The world may never know...

I didn't realize so much went in to writing a manga, I am disappointed if any of that is true because as an artist, you should stay true to yourself and your art and not worry about other people.
whats a mangaka?
