You have all seen that with each higher rank they are leagues above the one below them. Just look at Nnoitra who almost took down THE Kenpachi. Number 5. Grimmjow, who was basically toyed with Hollow Mask Bankai Ichigo for a little while & then when Ichigo wanted to stop playing Grimmjow was as good as slaughtered. Even if Nnoitra had the final blow.

dudes... as i really like grimmjow, and as he is my fav espada, and as ulquiorra is one of the most disliked espada's by me, i atleast KNOW that there is no damn way grimm is stronger than him, even if i wanted to believe that, he is far behind him, grimmjow was only aducas while ulquiorra was a vaste lord..... no damn way he is stronger...

dude, i hope you are very well aware that every single espada nowadays is a vasto lorde? adjucha would be the state in which for example grimmjow had been before he became a vasto lorde.

Really? I thought that he was an adjuchas but had his mask removed by the hougyoku, because all of the numeroes which arent espada were mostly gillian

the only espada which was a gilian before becoming an espada was that weird two headed guy. all the others were adjuchas before they were made into vaste lorde.

but...but in the anime it says that there are only hollow which are vasto lordes straight off the bat, besides, since when does the hougyoku increase the rank of a hollow
