Magical Shopping Arcade Abenobashi Review

Ok let's see here. Abenobashi is one of the weirdest animes ive seen yet, it's a wtf machine. But that's what makes it good. This is just what i needed.

Sound
Well the musical soundtrack is perfect, the voice acting is very nicely done, fits the characters perfectly, the expressions in the voices are very present. Also, all the little random sound effects here and there all fit perfectly.

Animation
Unlike many other animes, this one has many detailed facial expression movements, which makes it more enjoyable for this kind of show. Also in pretty much every scenes, the camera placement is pretty unique and it lets you see different points of view. The character movement has it's own crazy touch which makes it weirder (weird is good).

Story
It's original, original is fun, coz i'm getting tired of all these harem or shonen clones. Well this is probly the only anime where you'd get to see giant dancing mushroom in front of a shrine.

Characters
The character design is great. It's not those huge-eyes super-moe types you see everywhere. The characters in this show are way more art-like, and they feel more alive, which makes their personality more interesting than a badass space monkey that shoots beams or a dumbass school girl less smart than a doll.
