“Progressive Samurai Action”
BKI is the story of a young Rounin on a quest to destroy an evil object.
Unlike the cliche "demons everywhere trying to rape and pillage" this anime has diplomatic aspect to it. Don't be fooled, there is plenty of action to go around, and the main character is no pushover.
It's Serei no Moribito meets 12 Kingdoms. The art is excellent, voice acting is very well done. Story progresses smoothly without any "DRAG-ON" style battles.
