Cowboy Bebop Review

Cowboy bebop is an anime that revolves around Spike Spigel. He teams up with jet Black and late on Faye valentine, Edward, and the dog ein. Cowboy bebop has an incredible storyline it takes several episodes to peek into the very interesting past of the characters. Spike is a former syndicate member who left the syndicate with the current leader vicious his former best friend, as we all know you cant just leave a syndicate so, the crime group has tried to kill spike and will continue throughout the series. The pacing of this anime is incredible if you missed an episode(god forbid) you're fine as the episodes are set up as sessions and each episode is a seperate story, excluding the finale and Jupiter Jazz, almost every episode serves its purpose. the cast of Cowboy bebop are absolute incredible the story behind them are very intriguing. What makes this anime great rather than really good is the music, YOU WILL NEVER FIND A BETTER SOUNDTRACK!!! Yoko kanno produced the soundtrack and she really did a fantastic job. The music has a large variety, theres jazz, folk, blues, techno, ballads, incredible classical pieces, more importantly the music is very appropriate for what is happening. Standouts include Tank!, the opening is an incredible jazz piece. also the ending The Real Folk Blues sang by kanno herself is amazing. The animation is very good considering the time in which it was created. The writer Keiko Nobumoto is responsible for Wolf's Rain, which is also a very good anime, though misunderstood its an amazing anime with a stellar soundtrack produced by Yoko Kanno of course. This anime provided the blueprint for animes like Black Lagoon, believe or not various gundam series, with its concept of very different characters organizing for one cause and liveing a very unstractured life is very popular now. Finally the ending is an ending of endings this ending was incredible, i wont give it away but watch it. Possibly one of the best animes i have ever seen.
