3x3 Eyes Review

3x3 eyes is basically the story of Pai, the last surviving Sanjiyan, and her quest to become human. she travelled to japan where she met yakumo, the son of the professor who was supposed to help her achieve her dream of becoming human. however, before the end of the first episode, yakumo got into a mishap and pai "absorbed" his soul, turning him into a wu, which is the servant of the sanjiyans. being pai's wu (meaning her protector), yakumo travelled with pai to hong kong in search of the statue of humanity which they believe holds the key to turn pai into human. but of course, things never go smoothly as planned...

the animation was not that good, but it's a pretty old anime so it's expected. however, that doesn't change the fact that the story is really good. pai's search for the statue of humanity and how yakumo eventually accepted his nnew fate was really commendable. although the anime is quite short (only 4 episodes) the story was well told. however, it is a must that you watch the second ova as this one is a bit of a cliffhanger. the story of what happened to sanjiyans was never really told so you really have to watch the second ova.

but still, this anime is a good one. it will really get you hooked once you start watching it. ^_^
