Ai no Kusabi by sidhechaos
“Remarkable interesting world concept I wish they had gone further with”
Warning, Ai No Kusabi is very much a yaoi show. If men kissing (and doing other things) squicks you, run away quickly.
Otherwise, this story concept was really interesting and I wish there had been more of it. There actually is not an overwhelming lot of yaoi scenes it. It's set very futuristic with a fairly well rounded world/universe concept that a lot of interesting things could have been done with expanding the series. Very interesting art concepts of futuristic cities, modes of transportation and the A.I. creature, Jupiter, that runs the world. A very odd quirk on the caste system of how the world runs, it's based on hair color, Blondes having more fun than anyone else. (why IS it always the damn blondes?) I would have loved to have seen that, and how Jupiter was created and why things were set up as they were all explained out, along with a furthering of the storyline and history of the main characters.
Though it is very much yaoi piece, it had a lot of potential for more that I wish had been done.
