“A series worthy of the title Death Note lite”
In 2010 , the empire of Britannia attacked Japan and overpowered them with their advance robotic weapons , the knightmares. Within a month Japan was conquered and was renamed as Area 11. Now 7 years after the war Lelouch Lamperouge, a British student in Japan , decides to form a rebllion against the Britannian Empire and create a new peaceful world for his little sister.
Sound and Seiyuu:
I like the Seiyuu , they do a good job of potraying their character's personality but they're not memorable either. The music in the background does an excellent job of setting the atmosphere and can't really find any thing wrong with it but again , I won't find myself wanting to buy the soundtrack for the music.
Animation:
The animation is smooth and lively , especially during the Knightmare fights but it's still far from Gonzo animation quality.
Story:
I find the story perfect with Very Very unexpected plot twists that I wouldn't be ale to figure out in a million years (not saying those smart anime fans out there can't though). I haven't been so impressed with a story since Death Note.
Overall:
A great anime in general with an excellent storyline , good animation , good voice actors and plenty of action and tactics.
Recommendation: I don't recommend this series to children due to the violence , scenes of discimination and the small amount of ecchi.
