DearS Review

This is an awesome anime. You have a guy who happens to come across a girl who wants him to be her master. Come on whats not to like. Story is about a group of aliens (DearS) who come down to earth or should I say crashes down on earth. They hold a press conference to tell the people of earth that they come in peace and wish to learn and assimilate with the earth people. Well one particular DearS by the name of Ren, escapes from her containment pod and happens upon Or hero (Takeya Ikuhara). My-HiME's Mikoto Minagi voiced actress Ai Shimizu is the voice actress for Ren, are beloved DearS who happens upon our hero and makes him her master. Also the english voice actor for Bleach's Soifon, Karen Strassman plays Ren in the english version. The story consist of allot of humor and a good amount of adult content. No there isn't any sex scenes, not that Ren didn't want to, but there are some very sexual moments like partial nudity. Oh the joy. The characters are drawn fairly well. Especially the girls...excuse me I drooled a little. :) Our hero if you can call him that, has a fear of aliens which makes him a bit cautious of Ren. The DearS have a secret that they are trying to keep from the people of earth and which they would do anything to keep a secret. Ren unfortunately is a target of the people from her ship and is constantly trying to be captured and returned to the ship. This anime is full of ups and downs. There is allot of action and interesting character designs :) all in all its a pretty good anime.
