Zoids New Century Zero Review

Zoids New Century Zero is definitely an awesome addition to the Zoids anime series. It's a story about a young boy, Bit Cloud, who encounters the mysterious Ultimate X, Liger Zero. He soon joins the Blitz Team and with the help of his new teammates, he begins to climb the Zoids battle rankings.

What makes this series so great compared to others is the animation. The CGI movements of the Zoids are perfect and designs of the Zoids are so interesting and attractive. With Liger's multiple armors, customized equipment, and unique personalities, the battles never get dull.

The characters in the series are also great, their wild personalities help bring in funny moments such as with Harry Champ yet you even get some more serious story lines mixed in. There are many different characters on Planet Zi and every viewer will either find one they can relate to or they will instantly choose as their favorite.

The story line is a little shaky at times until more details get revealed. Overall, it's simplistic plot which will keep you engaged. There are even some sidestory episodes to keep things fresh which I found very enjoyable and surprising considering this series is only 26 episodes.

Last but not least is the music. It's high action with with a fast pace which makes all the battles full of energy and enthralling. It will definitely keep viewers engaged in every battle.

Final thoughts: Excellent series with good characters and robot designs. I really wish there was a sequel or movie...
