“unexpected sequel”
this is the sequel of the anime gatekeepers. the setting was the same only that time AEGIS far-eastern branch was destroyed and only few are so called protectors against the invaders. the enemies got stronger and the new leaders appeared. what surprises me was shun ukiya and ruripe (main characters of the series prior to this one) was not got married, and shun was married to someone and they got a daughter (main character). its only 6 episodes so it will not harm you if you try to watch it.
