"nice story line with ridiculous picturization"

There seems to be a nice idea of story in this anime but the creators have miserably failed to picturize it.. on top of that animation is below standard and so is the dubbing.. they have tried to gain some fans by giving a panty shop every second scene but with the quality of animation.. it does not serves its perpose.. to me its wasting time watching this anime.
